Does Jade Tree accept demos?
At this time, we are not accepting demos. If you already did send a demo, do not ask us whether we got it, what we thought of it, when are we signing your band, etc. We will not be able to answer these questions as we have a very small staff and it is not feasible for us to track submissions. As always, the best advice we can give is - don't call us, we'll call you.

How long is it going to take to get my order?
All orders are shipped from the Merch Now warehouse in Albany, New York. Shipping times vary depending on your proximity to our warehouse. Orders are only shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or the US Postal Service. All domestic in-stock orders ship within five business days of the order being placed regardless of selected shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. All international in-stock orders ship within five business days of the order being placed. Depending on which country you live in, it can take up to 6 weeks for you to receive your order, generally most orders are received within 2-4 weeks.
