RAILHED'S MARK MCKINNEY COOKS UP A STORM

We at [B]JADE TREE HQ[/B] love a good meal, so when our friend and local culinary hero Mark McKinney took over at Italian eatery Vesuvio we knew we were in for a mouth-watering treat. Mark spent his formative years in Railhed along with [B]JADE TREE[/B] co-owner Darren Walters before finding his way into the kitchen while pursuing a psychology degree at the University of Delaware. His credentials have included notable stints at Iron Hill and ¡Pasion!. Philadelphia City Paper recently did a profile on his mix of old school Italian roots and pension for vegan options, so if you happen to swing through South Philly do yourself a favor and check it out.
